Adobe launches official PDF convertor for iPhone – CreatePDF (IntoMobile)

Even though Apple refuses to include Flash support in its iOS-based devices, Adobe keeps investing in Apple’s mobile platform. Their latest iGig is CreatePDF, the iOS application that allows users to create PDF files with their iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads. According to the app’s official description, CreatePDF will make files that look exactly like the original using the same technology as Adobe Acrobat. Links, notes and bookmarks will automatically be created when PDF files are converted from Office documents; and transitions kept in place when the starting file is a PowerPoint presentation. As a matter of fact, CreatePDF can work with a number of file formats, including Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, StarOffice, RTF, text and Word Perfect documents; JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images; as well as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign files.
